Designing And Delivering A Replicable Cohort Training Program
In the Spring of 2021, I had the opportunity to work with Prince William County Public Schools in Manasses, Virginia. To meet the urgent technology training needs of the district, we designed and delivered a brand-new, fully virtual cohort professional development program.
With the help of one of our SMART PD Specialists, the program was a big success, resulting in a 100% satisfaction rating from teachers that participated. In fact, the district plans to run the program again this school year!
More than 70 teachers were trained through this new and unique program, and are not only set up for success in their classrooms but to support their peers as well.
